1 Go to your Exchange admin center
2 Click on Transport Rules https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/transportrules
3 Create new Transport Rule of type “Sender Authentication Result”
4 Apply this rule if: select 1 or more domains
5 And: The Message Headers… Match these text patterns: ‘Authentications-Results’ message header matches ‘dmarc=pass’ or ‘dmarc=bestguesspass’
6 Do the following: Modify the message properties set the spam confidence level (SCL) to ‘-1’ (Bypass spam filtering)
7 Match sender address in message: Header or envelope
